Postage
EuropeMail order and payment with Deutsche Post (DHL) (see Country Table) You will find all directions for shipment and payment here. Missing information, particularly credit card details that have not been sent with the order, cause delays in shipment of spare parts. We generally decide on the fastest mode of transport when no information has been given, the cheapest mode is a secondary consideration. Please note the various payment conditions for the various countries (see Country Table) Goods valued up to 120 € are sent as uninsured small parcel, if you can pay using Visa- or Master credit card. This is the cheapest solution for small orders. (See Country Table) Goods valued from 120 up to 300 € will be sent as an insured Economy parcel by ’Cash on Delivery’ (COD) as long as this service is available in your country (refer to table of Countries). Goods valued over 300 € will be sent as an insured Premium parcel by ’Cash on Delivery’ (COD) as long as this service is available in your country (refer to table of Countries).

Payment by credit card over 120 € will only be accepted if ’Cash on Delivery’ is not possible.
Cash in Advance using Bank Transfer if cash on delivery is not possible and credit card payment is too
expensive. Important! All transport charges listed include 19 % German Value Added Tax and could change at any time should the Post decide to increase its prices. Country Table for country specific shipping options
*1 only possible for invoice amounts up to 120 € if you can pay by credit card. *2 since one cannot ship using COD in these countries, amounts higher than 120 € can be paid by credit card. This is the fastest way to get your parts. Please note the overseas fees (see credit card payment) *3 Payment in advance is possible if you do not have a credit card or if the invoice amount is so high that a bank transfer is cheaper than the overseas fees (see payment in advance). It is your decision! The COD fee is not invoiced, but we unfortunately have to charge 6 € for the increased workload incurred for payment in advance. *4 Should the maximum COD amount be exceeded we will make up 2 packages (which means double postage charges) or you have to pay in advance (see payment in advance and *3) If a package is not sent COD then it is only insured up to an amount of 500 €.
